3D printing on flexible textile reexamines the material’s properties, creating contrasts of elasticity versus stiffness, two dimensional versus three dimensional. Tflex is a series of toys that builds on the material attributes to formulate a new language for the world of toys. The series is based on skeletons printed using a 3D printer directly on a stretched textile, which at the end of the production process allows the toys a new range of movement.
